The Career Library provides digital products and professional career-document services. We do not currently sell or ship physical goods.
1. Digital Products
All eBooks, guides, templates and other downloadable products are supplied electronically.
After successful payment, customers will normally receive access to their digital product by email or through a download link provided as part of the order process.
Please ensure that the email address entered at checkout is correct.
If you do not receive your digital product within a reasonable period after purchase, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
2. Professional CV and Cover Letter Services
Professional CV writing, cover letter writing and related services are provided electronically and do not require physical shipping.
After placing an order, customers may be asked to complete an information form and provide the details required for us to begin the service.
Completed documents will be delivered electronically to the email address or other delivery method agreed with the customer.
Any estimated turnaround time displayed on the relevant product page begins once we have received all information reasonably required to complete the service, unless otherwise stated.
3. Express Services
Where an express or priority service has been purchased, the advertised turnaround time applies once all required information has been received.
Delays caused by missing, incomplete or unclear customer information may affect the delivery timeframe.
4. Delivery Problems
If you experience any issue accessing a digital download or receiving a completed service, please contact us and include your order number.
We will take reasonable steps to resolve genuine delivery or access problems as quickly as possible.
5. No Physical Shipping Charges
As our products and services are supplied digitally, no physical postage, courier or shipping charges apply unless expressly stated otherwise on a product page.
